Wednesday was such a great time for all of our campers and counselors alike; we started off our morning with breakfast, worship, and prayers. Then we had one of our super cool new friends come lead a drum circle with us. Check out the pictures, everyone participated, there was so much singing and dancing!!
We were able to squeeze in a bit of time on the waterslide before the lightning got too close and we had to get off. The Gaga pit is also very popular, and you can almost always find a game going on in there 🙂
During craft time today we made bandanas to donate to a dog shelter, and the campers came up with so many adorable and thoughtful designs! Fr. John introduced a new friend to us during chapel time and we have been talking about helping others and being there for each other when we need help.
For Camper’s Choice it was storming outside, so we moved all of our activities inside for the afternoon. Luckily the rain stopped in time for us to walk to dinner. We had our Wacky Wednesday dinner and it was the wackiest!!!
Tonight was also our talent show and this is such a talented group! Many great singers, dancers, performers, martial artists and just about anything else you could imagine!!
Campers are doing the low ropes challenge course on Thursday and then chapel, crafts, and camper’s choice in the afternoon, and we are going to end camp with a huge dance party on Thursday night! The campers already have a HUGE playlist going!!
Remember you can email your camper at campbunknotes@gmail.com through Thursday at noon.
The campers can’t wait to see their families at 1pm for the Closing Eucharist in the New Pavilion 🙂
Remember if you haven’t already purchased a DVD, you can purchase them tomorrow for $15 and they will be mailed out next week.
