High School Camp – Tuesday

I’m finding myself at a loss for words
And the funny thing is it’s okay
The last thing I need is to be heard
But to hear what You would say

Word of God speak
Would You pour down like rain
Washing my eyes to see
Your majesty
To be still and know
That You’re in this place
Please let me stay and rest
In Your holiness
Word of God speak

I’m finding myself in the midst of You
Beyond the music, beyond the noise
All that I need is to be with You
And in the quiet hear Your voice

What an amazing week it has been so far! This morning we started out with our energizer, worship, and program, but we had a special guest at morning worship today – Bishop Smith!

During our program time we talked about accepting each other’s flaws and did some activities that attemped to put us into some positions where we were a little uncomfortable and had to work together.

Then it was time to head out to the low ropes course where we worked with our Ohana groups to complete challenges.

After lunch and siesta we had Camper’s Choice. The rain held off until dinner, but the wind was too high to take the canoes out.

Then it was time for dinner and program and worship, followed by our talent show! I can’t remember the last time I laughed so hard! What a fun night!

That’s all for now! We’re gearing up for Camp Olympics in the morning – sure to be some entertaining pictures from that!

Don’t forget to drop your camper a note at campbunknotes@gmail.com

and join us for our Closing Eucharist on Friday at 11am!
